Technology Research Associates is pleased to announce that Steven Fiergang has joined the team:

Steven Fiergang is a General Counsel with 25 years of executive experience, maintaining the responsibility of protecting the organizations he serves. After leaving the law firm of Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C. as a Senior Associate, Steven became the Chief Legal Officer and Strategist for a $500 million privately held company engaged in social impact work, as well as trustee and acting general counsel of its profit sister entity.

After graduating from New York University’s Stern School of Business, Steven obtained his J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He has overseen many corporate legal functions such as: deal structuring and contract negotiations; management of governmental grants, loans, and New Market Tax Credits; outside counsel; layered financings; real estate transactions; governmental affairs and human resources.
