Steve Fiergang is Chief Legal Officer for Layer 8 Security, maintaining responsibility for corporate governance, transactional negotiation and documentation, and provides strategic management with over 40 years of business acumen.
As Layer 8 Security’s Chief Legal Officer, Steve promotes a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within our organization by empowering teammates to own compliance risk, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, all while adhering with third-party requirements.
Steve assists our clients with practical advice and cyber-insurance expertise. Finally, Steve can be found lecturing locally, and collaborated with Immaculata University to develop a course of study in Cybersecurity Governance.
